Tell Your Story with Tellin’ Tales Theatre

Wednesday, March 9 - 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Do you have a story to tell? Storytelling is a powerful way to connect with others and affect change. If you would like to learn an innovative way to tell your own story, join us for a new workshop with Tellin’ Tales Theatre!

Tellin’ Tales Theatre is driven to shatter barriers between people with disabilities and those without through the transformative power of personal storytelling. They bring together these two groups to share their stories in theatrical productions to promote awareness, understanding and acceptance.

We welcome artistic director and co-founder of Tellin’ Tales Theatre, Tekki Lomnicki. Ms. Lomnicki is an award winning business and theatrical professional who also has a disability. She will share the story of this 23-year-old organization and how you can become involved

Share your own personal story with the group and receive Ms. Lomnicki’s expert advice to make it a story your audience will love!

In this workshop you’ll:

  • discover what makes a good story
  • learn techniques and tips for good storytelling
  • develop your personal narrative skills
  • learn about Tellin Tales theatrically innovative productions

This workshop takes place on the Zoom conferencing platform.
