Vision loss is about so much more than just loss of sight. It means a loss of identity, loss of mobility, loss of independence.

People with new vision loss find it difficult to dial a phone, cook dinner for their family, and keep their job. Imagine your whole life changing in a matter of months, days or even hours.

But, training is available to teach people how to do just about anything they could do before vision loss. Chris embraced all our training programs. He learned safe kitchen skills so he could cook again. He tackled technology training so he could make calls, send emails, order an Uber, and use the latest devices like his Meta Smart Glasses. And, he learned to use his white cane to walk his neighborhood, to go out to lunch with friends, and to travel downtown for more training.
