When you are living with vision loss, sometimes you need a pair of human eyes to get you over a hurdle. Maybe your shopping online and need help completing a transaction. Perhaps you are a little lost and need some help navigating out of a tricky situation. Or maybe you need to sign a confidential document and can’t find the line to sign on. These are all situations where a visual interpreter can help.
Aira, or otherwise known as Artificial Intelligence Remote Access, is a visual interpretation service. Their trained staff understands the challenges a person with a visual impairment face and are able to provide the assistance you need safely and securely. The Aira service can help you be more productive and efficient with any number of tasks you face, at work, at home or on the road.
Second Sense welcomes Jenine Stanley, director of customer communication at Aira, to tell us about their service and share a demonstration.
