I often use paper to create inspiring pieces because it can be felt. Touch is an important sense that I utilize in my work, and paper’s texture and weight lend an architectural quality to the medium. My career accomplishments include work on large scale murals in NYC, the design and installation of several artistic “green walls,” complete with edible herbs, co-illustrating A New York City Public School Goes Green, and teaching in the NYC Public School System.
In addition I serve as the Executive Director of the Rego Park Green Alliance that works to inspire its community into action through art and green initiatives.
