Easy, quick, healthy and budget friendly!
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- ½ cup minced vegetables and/or cooked meat
- 1 teaspoon butter for small frying pan
- Beat eggs with milk in a small bowl and keep it handy near the stove.
- On low heat, gently cook the minced vegetables and/or meat with 1 teaspoon butter until soft.
- Spread the vegetables and/or meat evenly over the frying pan. Add the beaten eggs and milk.
- Cook with a lid on until the egg is cooked through, approximately 5 minutes.
