Apple Exchange is a place to expand your knowledge and share your frustrations and successes with your Apple product. Each meeting we learn how to accomplish a task, then we move on to talk about apps – latest releases, accessibility questions, experiences and anything else about Apple! Apple Exchange is your group and is a place to share your knowledge and pick up tips from others. The more we share, the more we learn!
If there’s ever a topic you’d like to talk about at Apple Exchange, please let us know. Email your suggestions to David Flament.
Apple Exchange meets the first Thursday of every month from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Can’t make the session in person? Ask about our conference call in option.
Here’s what we’re covering over the next few months:
Discover how to find audio described content and learn about new apps like Actiview.
Learn the finer points of using this “Swiss Army Knife for people with vision loss.”
Losing your vision doesn’t mean losing the thrills of playing games. From crossword puzzles to killing zombies, we’ll cover it all!
Learn more about the 3 most useful GPS apps: Soundscape, Nearby Explorer and Siri with Apple Maps.
We’ll learn about all the different emojis and how to access them on the Apple keyboard.
