Apple Exchange is a place to expand your knowledge and share your frustrations or successes with your apple product. Each meeting we learn how to accomplish a task, then we move on to talk about apps – latest releases, accessibility questions, experiences and anything else about Apple! Apple Exchange is your group and is a place to share your knowledge and pick up tips from others. The more we share, the more we learn!
If there’s ever a topic you’d like to talk about at Apple Exchange, please let us know. Email your suggestions to David Flament.
Apple Exchange meets the first Thursday of every month from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Can’t make the session in person? Ask about our conference call in option.
Here’s what we’re covering over the next few months:
Independent Living Apps: Learn about the best apps for making life with vision loss easier!
Hello, Are You There? Marv and Jose, Second Sense technology tutors walk you through the native phone app and the tricks for using features like call waiting, 3-way calling, sending calls to voice mail and more.
Taming the Jungle on Safari: Learn how to search, navigate webpages with the rotor, create bookmarks and clean up open webpages.
Apple Watch: Learn what else an Apple Watch can do besides tell time.
Attention Sports Fans: Marv and Jose are discussing the best sports apps, following your favorite teams, getting the best sports news and getting live, up-to-the minute notifications on how your favorite team is doing.
