A Samsung phone with earbuds on a table. While we recommend an Apple iPhone for people with vision loss because of built-in accessibility, Android also has some benefits – affordability being a major one. At our new workshop, Android Talk Back Basics, we’ll discuss the Android vs. Apple debate, look at the different features of Android phones and provide some basic strategies for using an Android phone.

You’ll learn how to:

  • start the Talk Back screen reader for Android,
  • navigate with Talk Back,
  • use basic gestures to operate your Android phone,
  • find help and support for Android and Talk Back and
  • get apps for Android phones.

To register for this workshop, call our front desk at 312-236-8569 or email David Flament.
